NSR Hire is a vehicle, plant and equipment rental company that has been operating for 25 years. We have multiple branch locations in Perth, Busselton, Newman, Port Hedland, Karratha, Broome and Kalgoorlie.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined individuals to join our NSR Hire Team as a Hire & Recharge Coordinator based out of our Welshpool Office. This is a diverse role that requires candidates that take pride in their customer service and have strong organisational skills.
You will be significant in implementing and coordinating the booking and mobilisations as well as assisting in the smooth handover of our hired assets to our customers. There is a detailed focus required for this position relating to the recharges due at the end of the hire period. Any mechanical experience/knowledge or service advisor experience would be beneficial.
Key Duties
- Assist with customers phone and email inquiries
- Providing quotations to customers
- Ensure all customer and hire paperwork is complete
- Scheduling rental bookings and mobilisations/demobilisations
- Working with branch manager to coordinate detailers/yard staff to prepare vehicles/plant for scheduled bookings/mobes and demobes
- Booking in maintenance and repairs with service providers
- Ensuring EOM invoicing information is supplied and correct
- Completing off hire recharges
- Completing stock takes through the Hire App
- Checking Vehicles & Plant In/Out as required through the Hire App
- Hire Administration duties
Requirements
- Work well in a team environment
- Mechanical/Servicing knowledge or service advisor experience beneficial
- Take pride in their customer service skills
- To be well presented and have an enthusiasm to learn and acquire new skills
- Have the ability to think on your feet and work in fast paced environments under pressure.
- Ability to exceed customer and company expectations through attention to detail
- Drivers licence
