Holiday Property Assistant - Henley Holidays

Henley Holidays is a Snowy Mountains-based holiday accommodation agency with a network of 4 leading agencies (Henley Property) located throughout the Snowy Mountains Region in Thredbo, Jindabyne, Berridale, and Cooma.

We are seeking a Holiday Property Assistant to assist the Henley Holidays property management team and handle all administrative tasks for the portfolio. The position is based in our Thredbo office located in the village square and is contract/temporary from May to mid-October. Live and work in Thredbo: Hours are 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week (weekends included), with 2 days off during the week to enjoy the slopes without the weekend crowds!

Duties within the role include: 

• Responsibility of Thredbo Henley Holidays after-hours mobile phone 6x nights a week
• Providing exceptional customer focus towards existing and potential owners and guests
• Assisting with database entry and development
• Process and respond to guests enquires and bookings
• Check properties for incoming guests 
• Sending out check-in information to guests post-property checks
• Maintain RMS & HomHero databases with correct and clean data as well as our physical files
• Assist Holiday Team with general administration
• When required liaise with guests to make sure booking payment is paid on time
• Assist with monitoring and replying to guests in the Holidays email inbox and on third party websites
• Ensuring guests have a positive experience with Henley Holidays
• Fill in for Henley Holidays team members when ill/on leave

About you:

• Organised with excellent time management skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, email and in-person
• Prepared to work flexible hours to suit work demands
• Valid driver's license
