McGrath Batemans Bay & Moruya is searching for a Property Manager Assistant to join our friendly team. We are a family-run agency in Batemans Bay, committed to providing excellent service to our loyal clients.
The new team member will be responsible for the co-management of a residential portfolio and will work collaboratively in our welcoming office. They will use top-notch systems and technology to provide the best personalised service to our clients.
The role offers variation, skill development, and the opportunity for commissions in a modern office.
- Operating Property Tree software, Inspection Express and other PM software systems
- Conducting weekday open for inspections, processing applications and reference checking
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Client liaison with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Preparing leases, lease renewals and rent reviews
- Providing general admin and assistance
The ideal candidate should have a valid real estate license with sound legislative knowledge or be willing to complete, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, organisational abilities and drivers license.
