We are looking for an energetic, motivated & passionate Property Manager & Property Management Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Ideally will have a minimum 12 months + Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of registration or Real Estate License
- Understand the balance between being proactive and showing your landlords that you are a can do person whilst knowing how important it is to follow processes and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of Property Me, RP Data, ADL Forms (but not essential)
- Hold a current Australian Drivers License and have a reliable car
- Be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, have a passion for the industry & desire to progress within their role
The role will include:
Property Manager: You will be responsible for running a portfolio of 150 – 180 properties with the required support. You will oversee the day to day tasks and responsibilities associated with your role & will have the desire, drive & passion to ensure each person you encounter on a daily basis is receiving top quality customer service.
Property Management Assistant: You will be responsible for providing support in nominated areas within our Property Management department. You will have a strong desire to learn & grow, with the goal to be running your own portfolio.
Tasks for both roles will include:
- Lease renewals & prep
- Routine inspections & reports
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Liaising with Landlords, tenants & trades
- Arrears management
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
