The Role
- Have a customer centric approach when communicating with guests, owners and contractors.
- Ensure that properties are maintained and presented, in accordance with the owner’s instructions
- Ability to troubleshoot and have a solutions driven outlook
- Perform checks of cleaning quality and ensure any maintenance of holiday properties is completed quickly and cost effectively
- Ensure accuracy of the central booking management software.
- Organise and develop processes for better work flow where needed.
Requirements
- Willing to undertake training to complete Certificate IV in Real Estate.
- Maintain a current Driver’s license
- Switched on & good communicator
- Computer Literacy skills
- Able to thrive in a fast paced continually evolving environment.
