Our client is a well-established Real Estate Office located on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches. They are looking to add a Holiday Rentals Assistant to their already successful Holiday Rentals team.
This department is made up of Property Managers, Property Officers, and Business Development Managers. Your day to day role will include;
- Conducting ingoing/outgoing inspections and periodic house health checks
- Create social media content
- Drafting managing agency agreements
- Assist with bookings
- Stay up to date with market knowledge
- Other adhoc duties as required by the team
- Previous Real Estate Experience is advantageous
- Valid Certificate of Registration
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Real Estate Act
- Car and valid Drivers License
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team & under pressure
