Our client is a well-established Real Estate Office located on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches. They are looking to add a Holiday Rentals Assistant to their already successful Holiday Rentals team.This department is made up of Property Managers, Property Officers, and Business Development Managers. Your day to day role will include;
- Conducting ingoing/outgoing inspections and periodic house health checks
- Create social media content
- Drafting managing agency agreements
- Assist with bookings
- Stay up to date with market knowledge
- Other adhoc duties as required by the team
- Previous Real Estate Experience is advantageous
- Valid Certificate of Registration
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Real Estate Act
- Car and valid Drivers License
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team & under pressure
