About the Company:This opportunity is working for a not-for-profit (NFP) aged care provider in Adelaide, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to their clients.

Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for all clients and promote their well-being through tailored Home Care services.

About the Role:

As a Community Care Coordinator specialising in Home Care Packages, you will play a pivotal role in helping seniors access the support they need to maintain their independence and lifestyle choices.

• Fantastic package offered - $80-90K + super + sal pack
• Supported by experienced admin/rostering/care staff
• Report to an experienced and supportive General Manager 
• Lots of autonomy in the role 
• Flexible Mon-Fri working hours with some working from home arrangements 
• Work alongside other Care Coordinators

Requirements:

• Significant experience within the Aged Care industry in a similar role 
• Understanding of the Aged Care Sector as well as Home Care Package and other programme guidelines and service requirements
• The ability to build strong relationships and networks within the community
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Strong interpersonal + leadership skills
