As a not-for-profit they are 100% dedicated to providing the best care for their residents and patients now receiving in Home Care. In 2019 they expanded to an 80-bed facility and as of last year they now offer Home Care services.
About the role
The organisation are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join their expansive Home Care network. As a Registered Nurse in Home Care you will provide initial and ongoing assessments, expertise and leadership to manage and support the Home Care clients health and well-being, allowing them to live independently in their own home.

- 83 cents per km travel allowance

- Full registration with AHPRA - Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated postgraduate experience
