Form of workRegistered Nurse required for a small company, to attend to clients around the Metropolitan region. This is an interesting and varied position and would suit someone with experience as a Community Nurse. Do you meet the following criteria:
- Experience in case management in Aged Care or community services sector, managing client budgets and organising Allied Health and services.
- Clinical experience with medication management, wound care, catheters etc.
- Knowledge of Home Care Packages, Community Home Support Programme and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel the Perth Metropolitan area.
- AHPRA registration.
- National Police Clearance.
- The right to work in Australia.
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
