Casual and Permanent Part-time positions available

We are seeking Support Workers who:
• are experienced or show a keen interest in working with a range of our clients in their home, with occasional outings, supporting their day-to-day personal care and social needs.
• can commit to a 24 hour care period (8 hours of active support provided during this period) on a rotational 6 weekly roster which includes weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
A snapshot of your day as our Home Care Support Worker
With Clients across the region every day looks a little different. But there will be a few core activities that you will become a pro at as you provide fabulous, person-centred care such as:
• Support activities in the home, with occasional outings
• Providing personal care to our clients when required (showering, dressing – things we take for granted)
• Medication Assistance
• Cooking, cleaning, and other household chores (the small stuff makes a huge difference!)
• 24 hour care shifts performing 8 hours of active support on these shifts
Our ‘must haves’
• A genuine passion to make a difference
• Verification of fully COVID-19 vaccinated (or willing to obtain). MyGov COVID-19 Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Check (or willing to obtain post interview)
• NDIS Orientation Module (online) Certificate (upon application)
• Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions
• Reliable, roadworthy, licensed and fully insured vehicle
• Visa details (if required)
• Working With Children Card (if required)
Our ‘nice to haves’
• Provide First Aid certificate – less than 12 months old (training can be provided)
• Experience in the industry
• A Certificate III or higher in a relevant discipline
