- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a strong, capable team.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of staff and residents through proactive safety practices and issue escalation.
- Lead staff performance development, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support.
- Oversee entire dining experience.
- Engage with residents and their families to address feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to creating a warm, inviting environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Certificate III in hospitality or higher
- 3 years + experience working in hospitality
- Experience as a supervisor, team leader or duty manager in hospitality; or as an aged care catering manager
- Experience working in a Residential Care environment (desirable)
- Experience working in food services (desirable)
- Possess a current Criminal History Check Certificate suitable for aged care
- Able to undertake a role with moderate physical requirements
