Horticulture Operations Manager

With a strong presence in Adelaide, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Horticulture Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead mobile teams and oversee fixed sites, contributing to the expansion of our state portfolio.

• Lead both mobile teams working across various locations and fixed sites to ensure efficient and effective horticultural operations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Oversee all aspects of Horticulture Operations, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Implement best practices to optimise quality and resource utilisation
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with the State Manager and other stakeholders to identify new growth opportunities and execute strategies for the expansion of the state portfolio

• Qualifications in Horticulture
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the horticulture industry in South Australia is advantageous
