A bit about the role
Due to internal promotions, we have two openings in our Open Space department.
Reporting to the Team Leader Horticulture, you, as part of the Horticulture Team, will take pride in providing beautiful open spaces for our community to enjoy.
What you’ll do
- Maintaining, gardens, parks, plantations and more
- Responsibility for the care of plant, tools and equipment
- Eradicating weeds by both manual and chemical techniques
- Ensuring works are undertaken in a safe manner
What you’ll bring
- Qualification in Horticulture or relevant industry experience (Desirable)
- Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (Desirable)
- Hands on experience in Traffic Management (Desirable)
- Demonstrated skills with use and maintenance of small plant such as brush cutters and mowers
- A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
