Hose- Technical Sales Specialist

Exciting role - be part of EnerMech's Hose Integrity Management department servicing clients across WA, must have previous hose exp to be successful

The Opportunity:
This pivotal role is to be the interface between EnerMech Hose Integrity Management department and their hydraulic/fluid hose customers with special attention our Tier 1 clients. Further customers will be added as the business grows and develops. This role offers stability for someone looking to step away from site work and focus on a local office based role.

Key Responsibilities

• White collar role based at our Henderson Facility
• Managing all client enquiries from enquiry phase to invoicing
• Material cataloguing and hose datasheet generation activities
• Planning and execution of Client Planned Maintenance tasks
• Facilitating RBI assessments on new equipment to generate required assessment records and output for Planned Maintenance generation.
• Chair regular meetings with key client stakeholders to manage all hose activities and W/O execution on site
• Receipt of hoses at Henderson facility
• Take part in QA/QC activities around hose delivery and dispatch
• Assist in hose testing at Henderson base, where required
• Coordination of hose delivery to customers
• Formation and continuation of relationships with hose focal points within customers
• Technical assistance with hose requests and specification

Requirements for the Success of the Role:

• 2+ years field experience in hose
• Attention to detail
• Methodical approach to working
• Good customer interface skills
• Pro-active and positive can-do attitude
