Your role will encompass the sales of their highly regarded Neurosurgical instruments (capital) to surgeons in the north of NSW from across the bridge to Wahroonga, then from Gosford to Newcastle. You will utilise your skills to consolidate existing successful business relationships and convert business from competitors.
- Drive sales to Neurosurgeons and Spinal surgeons in NSW whilst liaising with National and International Key Opinion Leaders.
- Responsible for increasing usage of these instruments across hospital departments through development of relationships with key hospital stakeholders
- Organise presentations to surgeons, establish trials with staff training and provide theatre support for surgeons
- Meet quarterly and yearly sales quotas, gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers
- Become a product expert as you support your customers in the field and the operating theatre
- Sound Territory Management and Key Customer Relationships.
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- The Ability to Work with others as part of a Team is Essential.
- Tertiary Qualifications are Preferred in a Scientific, Allied Health Field Specifically Physiotherapy/OT or Marketing
- Previous device sales experience
- Previous theatre experience
- Experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt & learn quickly.
- You strive to be seen as an expert in your field
