Job description

We are currently looking for an energetic Hospitality All-rounder (Barista / Bartender) to join our fabulous team in Melbourne. If you possess a positive, can-do attitude, have great communication skills, committed work ethic, and passionate with customer service then we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer service 
  • Bar preparation, general cleaning of the bar, club lounge and kitchen areas 
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including coffee 
  • Taking orders and serving drinks to guests and members at their table or throughout the venue
  • Assist the Club Lounge Manager with daily operations of the bar, events and the space. 

Selection & Criteria:

  • Relevant food & beverage service experience preferred 
  • Barista and Bartending skills advantageous
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude

What we are offering:

  • Minimum Pay at $30.10 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + superannuation + penalty rates for after hours 
  • Casual, Monday to Friday, 25-30 hours a week with the option to increase hours upto 38 hours a week
