SalaryWe are currently looking for an energetic Hospitality All-rounder (Barista / Bartender) to join our fabulous team across our Sydney Club sites. If you possess a positive, can-do attitude, have great communication skills, committed work ethic, and passionate with customer service then we want to hear from you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Bar preparation, general cleaning of the bar, club lounge and kitchen areas
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including coffee
- Taking orders and serving drinks to guests and members at their table or throughout the venue
- Assist the Club Manager, Head Bartender and Concierge with daily operations of the bar, events and the space.
Selection & Criteria:
- Relevant food & beverage service experience preferred
- Barista and Bartending skills advantageous
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
What we are offering:
- Immediate start date after successful interview and trial
- Pay at $30.10 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + superannuation + penalty rates for after hours
- Casual, 25-30 hours a week with the option to increase hours to 33-35 hours a week as requied – Monday to Friday, operating hours varies from 8am to 8pm.
