Due to our current growth, we are actively recruiting culinary professionals to join our team within our accommodation villages in Dalby/ Western Downs & surrounds
About You
- Do you have a passion and flair for hospitality?
- Ensuring the quality of cleaning and food preparation is of a high standard at all times.
- Ensuring site compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Happy to jump in and assist the team as a whole as required?
- Physically fit and able to work 10 hours per day.
- Current manual driver's licence and own reliable transport to travel to & from work each day
- Hold a current Food Safety Certificate (chef & kitchenhand roles), desire
The Successful Candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Chefs - Fully qualified Cert III in Commercial Cookery or above
- Utilities - Housekeeping and/or Kitchenhand experience, desired.
- Proven track record of following safety policies and procedures.
- Good time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Positive can-do attitude, be flexible and adaptable with the drive each day to work as part of a great team.
Minimum Requirements for all positions:
- Accredited Food Handler's Certificate (Chef & Kitchen Attendant roles)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
- Ability to pass a National Police Clearance
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia

- 1 x DIDO Line Chef Role
- Multiple permanent full-time Housekeeper/ Kitchenhand Attendant positions available
14:7 (14 days on 7 days off) rosters available and casual roles can be discussed. We are offering a highly competitive rate.
Please note: This is a drive in / drive out positions.
