The newly branded Tonsley Bar & Bistro offers an enticing bistro-style menu with a variety of options to choose from. We’re open for breakfast daily 7 days a week and serve lunch and dinner five days a week from Tuesday to Saturday.

We are currently seeking experienced hospitality professionals to complement our team at the newly rebranded Mantra Tonsley Adelaide. Our hotel is located on the popular Tonsley innovation district. 

Managed by leading hospitality management company 1834 Hotels, with a current portfolio Australia-wide network of hotels, resorts, apartments, restaurants, and other venues within the hospitality and tourism sector. Key to the role is the delivery of exceptional guest services, maintaining a consistently high standard. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced food and beverage environment, skillfully orchestrating memorable bar and dining experiences for all patrons. Their ability to connect with guests and foster engagement is paramount, ensuring each visit is a delightfully personalized experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience in a similar role within an hotel or bistro environment;

· A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work;

· Excellent communication skills;

· A friendly customer service demeanour;

· An ability to thrive under pressure and lead a team in a high paced environment;

· A great sense of style and immaculate presentation and grooming;

· Flexibility to work in all areas of Food & Beverage including the bistro, functions or events should the hotel needs require it;

· Initiative, commitment and passion for your job;

· Attainment of the necessary Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

· A strong appreciation and compliance of workplace safety.

This is a casual role. Working a spread of shifts over a 7 day roster dependent on functions and events. The roster may include weekdays, weekends, nights and public holidays.
