If you answered ‘Yes’ to all of the above, we have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Trainer and Assessor to join our team
The successful candidate must:
- have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- have trained hospitality staff members in previous roles
- must be extremely well-organised
- must have excellent paperwork and documentation skills
- frequently travel to venues, locally and throughout Queensland at the company’s expense
- be part of a positive, friendly and supportive team
- work within compliance guidelines
- have a valid license, own transport and willingness to drive locally in Queensland to different venues
- be willing to obtain further qualifications
Desired qualifications but not essential:
- Cert IV or Diploma level qualification in Hospitality and/or Commercial Cookery
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Your role will include:
- assisting in assessing experienced hospitality workers in their workplace for Certificate III and IV level qualifications in Hospitality
- assisting in training hospitality workers in the workplace
- regional QLD travelling will be required at the company’s expense
- providing weekly progress reports
