We are seeking a motivated pro-active professional with passion and drive for results to join our dedicated and dynamic hotel Team as Hotel Accountant.
About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you are responsible in assisting with the overall function of effective and efficient operation of the Finance department. You should have proven record of strong and open communication lines with the Financial Controller and Senior Management Team. You will also ensure that you have experience in working with the Financial Controller to assist Senior Management to maximise departmental profits. You may have experience with administrative functions in Human Resources but not essential.
To be successful in this role you'll have demonstrated excellence in these fields at a similar level as well as outstanding internal management, understanding of brand delivery and the ability to impact and influence the overall business agenda and execution. You'll bring great knowledge and experience, be forward thinking and inspirational with a warm and approachable manner.
What we need from you
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate accountability for all financial information sent to the Financial Controller in accuracy and detail along with timely and accurate reporting. You will demonstrate experience in areas such as AR and AP functions, reconciliations, month end journal postings as well as monitoring financial systems.
