About the Role
As the Hotel Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our centralized Hotel Operations platform, collaborating closely with our head office team to drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across our portfolio of properties. You'll oversee all aspects of the Hotel Operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Drive performance and profitability of the business
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction
- Lead and develop the hotel team to deliver excellence
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulations
- Maintain operational standards
- Ensure rostering, purchasing and daily checklist is carried out
- Prepare and produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Manage financial performance and budget adherence
- Provide leadership and support to department heads and team members
- Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with policies
- Promote workplace health and safety

- Strong background in hospitality management
- Operational knowledge across hotel departments
- Experience in cost control management
- Track record in delivering goals objectives and meeting KPIs
- Dedication to guest engagement and VIP experience
- Exemplary communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems and Point of Sales Systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Commercial business acumen and financial analysis skills
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
