As an Operations Supervisor you will have a strong focus on developing your team and ensuring profitability of the hotel. You will lead by example in delivering a unique guest experience. 

As an Operations Supervisor you must: 

1. Have experience in managing the day-to-day operations of the Hotel. 

1. Drive the operations successfully towards achieving financial goals and KPIs 

1. Take complete ownership of the work that is being entrusted with, 

1. Maintain excellent customer service 

1. Provide training for team members and monitor their on-going performance 

1. Lead by example in communication with all guests 

1. Have minimum 3 years of hospitality management experience. 

1. Have excellent computer skills-Extra weightage will be given to candidates with knowledge of CMS 

1. Consistently display a "can do" attitude 

1. Work very closely with Operations Manager and should be able to take charge in the absence of the Operations Manager 

1. Have ability to demonstrate leadership qualities 

1. Be patient with excellent interpersonal skills 

1. Have strong analytical skills and business acumen 

1. Have good understanding of Hotel Operations policies & procedures (P&Ps). 

1. Have a drivers licence and motor vehicle 

Desired Candidate Profile 

The ideal Candidate must: 

  Reside near Parramatta

1. Have At least three years hands on experience in managing the operational activities at the hotel. 

1. Possess excellent computer skills and have knowledge of CMS. 

1. Have 4 or 5 star hotel experience. 

1. Be Self-motivated and able to work on his/her own with minimum supervision. 

1. Must have managed a team. 

1. Be totally results and KPI driven. 

1. Be capable of taking ownership for self and team. 

1. Be able to gel well with Hotel Operation staff for smooth day to day functioning. 

1. Possess Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Business / Hotel Management or related education. 

1. Be very well presented with great outgoing personality. 

1. Possess high level analytical skills. 

1. Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
