About the Child, Youth and Family (CYF) Program

LWB delivers a range of services for children, young people and their families, throughout Australia. We use Cornell University’s Children and Residential Experience (CARE) model of practice to guide our work. Through ongoing training and support we use this model of practice to equip carers and staff to support children in a way that creates conditions for positive change.

If you are passionate about seeing positive outcomes for children and love a fast-paced work environment in a supportive and caring team... then this is the role for you!!

About the Role

Due to the expansion of our services, we have an exciting opportunity for an experience House Manager to join our Residential Care team in Kalgoorlie.

  • Undertake rostering of residential workers ensuring that risks are managed and staffing levels reflect the needs of children and young people living in the home.
  • Coordinate the intake and transition of new children and young people into the home and the exit of children and young people to permanent homes or step-down services.
  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders
  • Ensure the CIRTS database is up to date with all client information.

Skills & Experience
