The Wheatbelt spans across 154,862 square kilometres in the south west of Western Australia and has five subregions: Avon, Central Coast, Central East, Central Midlands and Wheatbelt South.  

The region has a diverse landscape across its subregions, from the pristine white beaches and clear turquoise waters of Cervantes and Jurien Bay, to rolling hills and winding streams in the Avon Valley, to the rugged and magnificent terrain along the Wheatbelt Way.  

Wheatbelt office locations include Northam, Merredin and Narrogin. 

What is the Talent Register
The Housing Service Delivery Frontline Talent Register is an online portal that allows you to register your interest for full time and part time opportunities that are: 

  • fixed term/secondment up to twelve (12) months, or  
  • transfer at level for existing permanent public sector employees  
  • Permanent 

The register is actively monitored by managers to match applicants to available opportunities. You only need to register your interest once, and your application will remain on our jobs register for current and future opportunities.

Works as part of a team to deliver a first-class customer service which aims to ensure that all eligible Western Australians have access to affordable and secure housing.

Housing Services Officer - Level 3 - $79,156 - $84,977 per annum 
This role manages and monitors a designated number of Service Delivery tenancies to ensure tenants are supported, payment of rent is sustained, and properties are cared for and maintained.

In this position you will manage, control and monitor the property maintenance functions for a designated number of properties within the Housing Management Services area. As part of a Team, you will ensure compliance, accountability and quality control is maintained.

Eligibility Requirements
