AddressDuties:
- Interpret a training needs assessment
- Assemble training courses from Microsoft into a syllabus
- Identify gaps and design training for those gaps
- Develop online and in-person training
- Deliver in person training
- Develop quick reference guides
- Collaborate with change management and comms personnel
Key requirements:
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer is essential, with Microsoft based, training courses for tech programmes
- Able to carry out needs assesments
- A background developing online and in person training sessions
- Able to to transition into the role quickly.
- Be a confident personaility
- Able to work with executive stakeholders
