Roper Gulf Regional Council is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and skilled individual to join our team as Human Resources Administration Officer based in Katherine, NT.

Playing an integral role in the provision of high-quality administrative support to the HR team, you must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and are capable of performing under pressure while maintaining a high attention to detail.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will have a positive attitude to be able to promote, develop and maintain a favourable image and professional profile for the Council.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or willing to undertake study in Human Resources and/or extensive experience in administering a range of Human Resources functions.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to establish working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong customer service focus and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated moderate level of competency and experience with the use of Microsoft Office suite programs and systems database.
By taking this key administrative role, you will be rewarded with a salary ranging from $66,106.40 - $72,636.67 per annum (negotiated depending on qualifications and experience.) plus Superannuation,
