Β In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our HR operations, handling essential tasks such as rostering, recruitment, and providing invaluable support to our HR manager. Additionally, you'll ensure seamless communication by scheduling meetings and offering assistance to our dedicated support workers. π
Responsibilities:
π Handle rostering duties to ensure adequate staffing levels and compliance with regulatory requirements.
π Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and facilitating the interview process.
ποΈ Manage calendars and coordinate meetings with efficiency and professionalism.
π Support the HR manager with daily administrative tasks to maintain organizational effectiveness.
π€ Provide guidance and support to our support workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
π Knowledge of rostering and recruitment processes is a must!Β
