What You’ll Do:
As our HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our HR department runs smoothly. Your exciting responsibilities will include:

- Recruitment: Post job ads, book interviews, assist in the interview process, and coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Staff Wellbeing: Implement initiatives to promote staff wellbeing.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct and analyse exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Professional Development: Coordinate training programs and manage staff development records.
- Staff Files: Maintain accurate and confidential staff records.
- Meeting Minutes: Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Trainer Secondments: Manage trainer secondments in liaison with the calendar coordinator.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews and assist managers with performance-related issues.
- Job Boards Management: Keep job postings up-to-date and manage job boards.
- OHS Administration: Assist in maintaining compliance with OHS regulations.
- Payroll Preparation: Prepare payroll documentation and coordinate with finance for timely processing.
- Work Placement Coordination: Organise work placements for students.
- Company Newsletters: Create and distribute newsletters featuring company updates and staff introductions.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of Australian employment laws and regulations.
