Role Snap Shot
Taylors are seeking a dynamic HR Administrator with a focus on pay roll to join our close knit team.
The HR Administrator role is responsible for undertaking a range of support tasks to aid the delivery of HR administration and Payroll services to the business.
The role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and someone who meticulously follows and drives processes.
How You Will Contribute
- To provide administrative support to PAC leads as directed.
- To ensure efficient end-to-end processing of all payroll related tasks.
- To support the promotion and achievement of PAC strategies and objectives.
- Autonomously maintain leave, time and attendance processes for the business.
Our Ideal Person!
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- High level computer skills, including Microsoft suite and internal databases
- Experience using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is desirable
- Experience in HR Administration and/or a Payroll position
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy and can maintain confidentiality
