About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR team. In this role you will provide administrative support associated with HR activities and HR systems management to meet statutory and operational requirements.
About You
Highly developed administrative skills with proven experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously

The Operation
Tritton Copper Operations is a long life copper operation located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales that commenced production in 2005. One hundred percent owned and operated by Aeris Resources, Tritton forms the cornerstone of Aeris copper production.
Tritton comprises an underground mining complex feeding a 1.8 million tonne per annum conventional processing plant. Copper concentrate produced at the operation is railed to the Port of Newcastle for export to customers internationally. The current mine plan for Tritton extends to FY2030.
