The role
We are currently seeking applications to join our team in the role of HR Administrator. This role is an entry level role, perfect for someone straight out of university or with 1-2 years experience in the HR/ adminstraion field! We are open to someone who is looking for a part-time or full-time role. This is a Maternity Leave position until August 2025, with the possibility of extension.
This is an exciting time to be part of Avenues Early Learning Centre as we are on a constant growth path. We are seeking an experienced and talented person to join our team in a Human Resources Administrator role. Working collaboratively within the HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR services and office management support to the Avenues team.
This opportunity is a great entry level position for someone who is looking to gain exposure within the HR sector. Prior administration experience will be highly regarded.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in HR Admin Support or payroll role preferred
- Tertiary studies in HR or related field
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or the ability to apply
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team work skills
- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
- Ability to multi-task and manage work priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Queensland Drivers License + will need to have own car!
- No need to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccination
