They are in search of a hands-on Human Resources and Finance Administrator to join their team based in Northern Gold Coast. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume and varied environment. Your new role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the HR process across the organisation, supporting the processing of fortnightly payroll, ensuring compliance, administration support to the finance team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks on a day-to-day basis. You will play a key role in the organisation, working with the managers to support their teams and ensure everyone within the organisation is happy and safe on a daily basis. Your success will come from understanding the business, creating strong relationships, working collaboratively with the finance team, and assisting with the day-to-day operational activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will have proven experience similar role within a fast-paced, corporate organisation. You will have a high work ethic, attention to detail, and problem analysis and resolution skills. You'll need to be influential, solution focused, operate with a sense of urgency and be ready to be challenged. You will need experience with Microsoft Office or the ability to utilise a variety of computer programs and IT applications, excellent communication, and time management skills.
