About the role:
We are currently seeking a HR Adminnistrator/Coordinator to join the Medibase Health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR and IR support to managers and team leaders including assisting with the recruitment of Allied Health workers.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting managers and team leaders with all HR/IR issues at the Maroochydore office.
- Providing support to the General Manager - HR across a range of HR portfolios, specifically including the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Assistance with the recruiting and onboarding of new employees across the eco system.
- Providing related HR support to the General manager – HR, Chief Operating Officer, managers and team leaders as required.
- Providing general office support when required.
- Ability to travel to the Algester office when required.
Requirements for the role:
- HR related qualifications and/or experience.
- Ideally 2 or more years of experience in a Human Resources or recruitment role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
