Job Summary
New projects and growth within our Australian businesses has created a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team. You will be supported by a team of Advisors and Managers and will work with a range of corporate and project stakeholders to manage key administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
This opportunity will suit an experienced HR administrator. We will offer training, support and exposure to the construction industry to help you launch your HR career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the recruitment process such as posting job adverts, phone screening and booking interviews.
- Drafting and issuing employment contracts and other relevant employee correspondence.
- Coordinate and administer seamless onboarding experiences and off boarding processes.
- Support HR Advisors in the administration of any visa requirements.
- Assist with booking mandatory training for new and existing employees.
- Assist with the implementation, training and ongoing administration of our new HRIS.
- Maintain the HR inbox and responding and redirecting emails as required.
- Assist with any policy and procedure updates with the help of HR Advisors.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications/ Experience
- 5+ years' experience working within HR or administration desired.
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team environment while also being proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport, trust and engagement with a variety of stakeholders (office based and site-based employees).
- A proactive and energetic style with the desire to progress your career.
