This multidisciplinary professional services firm services clients across accounting, financial services and legal services. They are currently seeking a HR Advisor for their firm of 50+ staff. This full services chartered accounting organisation boasts a strong reputation on building lasting relationships and partnering with clients to work towards their business goals.
The HR Advisor is responsible for advising and influencing key decision makers in the business. Responsibilities of the role include:
- HR strategy and planning
- Implementing talent identification, succession planning and L&D advice
- Resourcing management including recruitment activities, understanding roles’ needs and promoting brand awareness
- Implementing the salary review process and reward and recognition strategies
- Driving performance management processes
- Managing the HR budget and producing HR reports
- Resolving workplace issues and managing various case investigations as appropriate and;
- Managing overall organisational effectiveness of the business
Ideal candidate
- Experience in a HR coordinator role ideally in an accounting/professional services environment looking to take the next step
- Preferably possess tertiary HR qualification
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of workplace relations legislation
- Possess sound negotiation and influencing abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
