ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThe HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a range of human resource advice, support activities and services to Enviropacific employees and assisting the HR Manager in developing the broader Company HR Strategy.
Your day will include:
- Supporting the development of tailored HR strategies to address unique challenges and ambitions.
- Assisting and advising managers and employees in matters relating to HR/IR, ensuring company compliance towards the HR framework.
- Preparing HR documentation and correspondence.
- Analysing and reporting HR data to inform process improvement and support accurate workforce reporting.
To be successful in this position you will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualification within Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience as an HR Advisor, including a contemporary understand of HR laws, regulations systems and risks.
- Return to Work Coordinator qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and develop rapport with staff members on various levels and maintain confidentiality
