Within this innovative environment where teamwork and diverse thinking helps us solve exciting problems, our manufacturing teams are a great place to take your career to the next level.About The RolePlay a key role within the People team in Australia by partnering with People Leaders and Teams to drive the end-to-end people experience.This full time, permanent role working at our Manufacturing site based in Derrimut (west of Melbourne) required on site presence 4 days per week.What You Will Be Doing

• Talent Management - supporting and coaching on managing the development of our team including training & development, talent reviews & goal setting at all levels
• Recruitment: end to end talent acquisition activity relating to roles located in Australia and supporting line managers with roles in other locations (India, Tunis & Philippines)
• Learning & Development - support with running training & develop workshops for team and people managers, coach & support supervisors as needed , support with managing 360 learning platform & Udemy
• ER/IR: coach & support supervisors and people leaders on all team related performance and conduct matters
• Enterprise Agreement: coach & support supervisors, people leaders & team members on the Vista Enterprise Agreement and application of it's clauses, liaise with finance and payroll functions as necessary in supporting agreement interpretation
• Team Experience & Engagement: supporting to drive continuous improvement when it comes to team experience & satisfaction , run focus groups & listening sessions
• Health, Safety & Wellbeing partnering with the Snr Ops Manager & Safety Lead to provide the support for our production/manufacturing team members as required.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: partnering with the wider business to support and drive the DEI initiatives, especially localising it to suit the team based in Australia and onsite
• People Projects: Collaborate with the wider People team in Australia, global teams , HRIS team, comp team on all people related initiatives & projects as necessary

What You Will Bring

• Degree in HR, Business or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end HR & Recruitment, including workforce planning
• Solid understanding of FairWork Legislation & experience in managing Employment Relations matters
• Ability to understand, apply & coach on Enterprise Agreements
• Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment is a strong plus
• Commercial savvy
• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
• Proficient with Microsoft office Word, Excel
