Your new company
Your new company is a large local sports and hospitality club located in the south-western Sydney suburbs.
Your new role
You will be covering a maternity leave contract for minimum 8 months, assisting with the clubs BAU:
- POC for employee queries, advising employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Assisting the recruitment function
- Assisting in project work
- Managing the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience in a similar role as a HR Advisor for a varied workforce
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Previous experience working in a similar organisation would be highly regarded
