Responsibilities of the Role
- Supporting and reporting to HRBP together assisting in responding to the HR inbox.
- Using your best practice knowledge to deal with interpreting modern awards and relevant legislation.
- Reviewing employment and other contracts for accuracy, compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Manage and resolve employee related and WH&S matters.
- Contribute to recruitment, selection and onboarding including preparing letters of offer and associated documentation.
- Manage employee Visa obligations.
- Manage L&D platform and yearly compliance.
- Assist in ad hoc HR projects as and when required together with providing general support for the team.
About you
- Qualifications in HR.
- Experience with Visa, WH&S & Modern Awards interpretation.
- Advance Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project management skills.
- Discretion in dealing with sensitive confidential information.
- Experience working within the automotive/retail/engineering/construction industries would be highly regarded.
