We also offer a range of services including Safety, HR Consulting, Training & Development. Our goal is to provide HR best practices for Australian businesses, so they have the peace of mind to act with confidence.

Our expertise spans many sectors and industries including Real Estate, Healthcare, Professional Services, and Trades. We partner with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from a few employees to large National Franchise Groups. 

Duties and responsibilities

So what will you do?

• Deliver timely and commercial advice for all HR, ER, IR queries and employment issues.
• Provide award interpretation, updates, and notification to clients. 
• Provide onsite and remote consulting services – including delivering training, workshops, HR Audits, attendance at HR relevant meetings, FWC response writing, and presentations.
• Develop ongoing relationships with our clients and undertake ongoing client management activities.
• Manage and update the document library for all membership clients.
• Manage daily administration tasks including management of our CRM, social media posts, marketing activities, and onboarding of new clients.
• Work from home predominantly.

Skills & experience

• A true generalist with previous proven experience in a HR advisory or consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Relations in a variety of industry sectors.
• Design and delivery of training materials.
• Proven experience in delivering training and workshops both onsite and remotely.

Benefits

• While we have advertised for part-time, we are open to full-time as well, however, this is a 5-day-a-week role. You are flexible to work 4-6 hours per day. 
• Work from Home, predominantly, however, you will manage client projects onsite when required. Note - this role is Melbourne-based.
