As HR Advisor at ONCALL you won’t be limited to specialized portfolios, but will enjoy the variety and challenge that is the day-to-day for P&C.

In this role you will:
- Support key HR portfolios, based on need and the expertise of the successful candidate. These could include Onboarding, WHS, Injury/Return to Work and Workcover, Employee Relations, Award and EA interpretation.
- Coach managers to be HR-aware and to manage their teams proactively and with best-practice.
- Triage and respond to general HR enquiries in an efficient, effective and customer focused manner.
- Assist with the onboarding and induction of new head office employees.
- Coach and mentor trainees and university placement students on site.
- Maintain excellent, detailed HR records.
- Manage internal employee movements, including role changes, secondments and parental leave and coordinating with payroll
- Assist with additional HR projects and engagement initiatives as required.
- A qualification in Human Resources of equivalent experience (desirable but not mandatory)
- Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.
- Process driven and solution orientated.
- High level focus on quality and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
