Are you an HR professional with a passion for navigating the day-to-day challenges of HR and Employee Relations? Do you thrive in a fast moving, complex, operational organisation?
Reporting to the HR Manager you will work in a team to support the business on operational and strategic HR related matters including employee relations, projects, performance management, succession planning, culture change, and recruitment.
The Role:
- Contribute to and implement the organisation’s HR strategic plans and objectives in line with relevant industrial instruments.
- Provide accurate and timely advice, support and coaching to the management group on a wide range of HR and employee related matters
- Assisting leaders with their people development through advice, coaching, and feedback.
- Navigating employee relations, handling concerns, conflicts, and creating an environment where everyone can put their best foot forward.
- Contribute to the development of initiatives and improvements to current HR employment practices, policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong generalist experience, with a good grounding in a broad range of HR functional activities.
