Our HR team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated person to join us in an HR Assistant capacity role with a strong focus in Recruitment. This role is a permanent full-time and will be primarily responsible for sourcing top notch candidates and best talents in consultation with the Management team and Line Managers.
The successful candidate will act as liaison between the company and candidates in filling up the roles. This include but not limited to determining job requirements and screening candidates, demonstrating consistent execution of best practice, along with a strategic approach in employer branding initiatives to build pipelines for potential applicants.
As an integral part of the HR team, this role will also provide HR support to Mk3 Group as required.
Your new role
In your new role you will:
• Supporting the end-to-end hiring processes.
• Liaise with the Management and Line Managers to determine recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish selection criteria, hiring profiles, interview questions and job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Sourcing potential candidates through recruitment sites, company career portal, social platform, trade/university job boards, professional networking and through other sourcing platforms.
• Manage applications received and conduct initial interview assessments.
• Facilitate interviews and candidate’s recruitment process progression.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and requirements.
• Ensure smooth transition to new employee onboarding.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paper works, to share with key stakeholders as required.
• Participates in HR audits, initiatives, projects and other relevant business requirements.
• Provide HR support to Mk3 Group as required.

About you
• Experience working in Human Resources would be ideal but not essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Being able to protect sensitive candidate information and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive and a Team player, with a client focused approach.
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, organisation, energy, self-confidence – you are always prepared to support the team and deliver a great HR service.
