Klausen Trading Company is looking for an Accounts and HR assistant to support our Accounts and HR team with day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with an eye for detail, excellent time management and organisational skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Part time role: 3 days a week from 9.30am to 2.30pm (flexible days, Thursday is a must)
We are after an experienced person with good accounting background, who has worked in the AR and AP space.
Accounts and HR assistant responsibilities:
- Entering of all sales and purchases invoices for all companies
- Bank reconciliation
- Debt chasing – following up customers for overdue payments.
- Payroll
- Processing payments
- All around HR function such as on Workers Comp and handling HRIS- HappyHR experience is favourable
On the job training will be provided to upskill the successful applicant to complete the HR responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or accounting degree
Requirements:
- Excellent time management
- Eye for detail
- Great phone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience using an ERP system
- Some knowledge of legislation relevant to HR, e.g. Fair Work Act & Awards
