This role will partner with senior leaders across our Business Services Division, to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organisational change, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, they will own programs that run across the broader HR team and the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you must understand organisational priorities and translate them into high impact work. You will support Executive and Senior Leaders with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. You will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.
Additionally, Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:
The ability to partner strategically with senior leaders within the bank, providing advice, direction and guidance
A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
Experience in providing HR data analytics, insight and analysis to the business, recognising trends and recommending a way forward
The ability to partner with the HR COEs and Shared Services to ensure alignment with business needs and HR strategy
Expertise in managing change and building organisational capability
To be successful in this role you will possess
Experience in a HR partner role, partnering with senior leadership teams
Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, influence, and communicate with key stakeholders across the Bank
Strategic thinker with strong planning, change management and project leadership abilities
Ability to lead, motivate and develop your direct report, contributing to driving an open and dynamic, high-performance culture

You will report to the Head of Business Engagement, Human Resources and will join a team of 4 HR Partners, a HR Generalist, and a team of 7 Talent Acquisition Consultants. You will work in a flexible modern work environment in the CBD, a place where you can focus on achieving your best.
