About the Role:
The People & Culture Business Partner role will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio, providing broad HR support to the business. Within the role, you can get your hands dirty with operational HR while supporting more comprehensive projects and change initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, and every day will be different.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Providing day-to-day support to your client group across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes, including remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance appraisals.
- Managing ER cases end to end by ensuring procedural fairness and mitigating risk to the business.
- Guiding the business leaders to improve and optimise change management and transformational change. You will have support from your manager and the broader team.
- Assist the recruitment team with providing recruitment strategies and ensuring this aligns with the company's EVP.
- Taking lead on projects such as; performance reviews, HRIS, OH&S etc.
