About Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide senior generalist advice to employees and leaders across all aspects of the HR field including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection; disciplinary/grievance processes and performance and capability management and job analysis and development.
This role is responsible for:
- Partnering with leaders in your client Groups to provide support and expertise in Human Resource related matters.
- Providing timely HR support, coaching and advice to leaders on a full range of HR services ensuring accordance with organisational policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation.
- Keeping abreast of contemporary practices, industry trends and legislative changes and provide advice accordingly.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are desirable
- 5 years HR generalist experience, with experience in Business Partnering role desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulation and demonstrated experience in developing and improving human resource policies, systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others up to Senior Manager Level.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations and codes of practice and provide expert HR advice to all levels within the business.
