The Opportunity.
Your new role as an HR Business Partner will partner with leaders and their teams to partner on day to day HR BAU, including talent management, ER/IR, performance management, leadership uplift and engagement programs.
You will work closely with the broader HR team to ensure people strategies are executed across the respective groups, including delivering fit for purpose solutions and trusted advice, to implement strategic HR initiatives.
You will join a solid HR team, focused on leadership transformation and capability, driving culture and challenging the status quo. This is a team who are collaborators - non-hierarchical, hands-on and who hold themselves to account.
This role will support a selected portfolio based in Brisbane. As part of the national HR team, you will also partner in the design and delivery of business-wide people plan initiatives and priorities.
You.
Tertiary qualified, and with experience in a similar HR Business Partnering role with strong ER and case management experience. You're motivated to partner with your dedicated client group, uplifting their capability and evolving from reactive to proactive. You also thrive in mixed blue and white collar environments where you can drive positive change, as part of a broader HR team.
